Job Summary You will lead and manage all operational aspects of a hairdressing shop, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead your team to achieve business targets while maintaining professional service standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate shop staff to meet and exceed sales and service performance targets Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences Deliver professional hairdressing services leveraging at least 10 years of industry experience Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining a customer-focused approach under varying circumstances Follow assigned work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support business needs Collaborate with supervisors and accept guidance to continuously improve shop performance and service quality Demonstrate a professional and positive service attitude to enhance customer satisfaction Required competencies and certifications Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Willingness to work weekends and public holidays Ability to work under supervision when required
