Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage physiotherapy services across the organisation. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance guidance to Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants. Develop and implement specialised treatment pathways and integrated rehabilitation programs. Deliver expert assessment and treatment for complex and specialised patient cases. Promote evidence-based practice and continuous service improvement initiatives. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care. Monitor service quality through audits, outcome reviews, and clinical governance activities. Conduct staff training and professional development sessions. Support client engagement initiatives and enhance patient satisfaction outcomes. Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, policy development, and service expansion. Represent the physiotherapy department in management and strategic meetings. Support marketing, community outreach, and rehabilitation education initiatives. Drive business growth and explore partnership, grant, and funding opportunities.
