Logistics & Operations Executive (Central/Contract)

Coordinated shipments, deliveries, and logistics to ensure the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. Processed invoices, issued purchase orders, and prepared shipping documents accurately and on time. Managed inventory transactions, including goods receipt, stock movements, adjustments, scrapping, and inventory record updates. Liaised with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support order fulfilment. Prepared inventory and operational reports, handled inter-company billing and expense recovery, and provided administrative support. Requirement: Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations, preferably with hands-on SAP and Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to commit to a 9-month contract until 30 April 2027.
