Job Responsibilities Payroll Administration (Primary Focus) Manage monthly payroll processing using the BIPO HRMS platform. Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, and statutory deductions. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Coordinate payroll submissions and verify payroll reports before processing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, and other government regulations where applicable. Prepare payroll-related reports and support internal and external audits. Handle employee enquiries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and compensation. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee payroll information. Recruitment Coordination Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with external recruitment agencies and hiring managers. Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels. Track recruitment progress and follow up with recruitment partners to ensure timely hiring. Prepare employment offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. Conduct reference and document checks where required. Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires. Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports. HR Operations Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation. Administer employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes. Support leave administration and attendance management. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Support performance management and annual HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Participate in HR process improvement and system enhancement initiatives. Support HR projects as assigned. M inimum 3 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience.
