Assembly Operator【Data Centre | East | Up To $3300】

Job Scope Assemble server chassis, hard drives, server racks, cabinets, and related components according to work instructions and quality standards. Perform server assembly and related production activities on the manufacturing line. Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality and workmanship standards. Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Comply with all workplace safety, quality, and operational procedures. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory). Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. Minimum Secondary School education, NITEC, vocational qualification, or equivalent. Able to use basic hand tools and assembly equipment, such as screwdrivers and related tools. Able to perform manual handling duties. Able to stand for extended periods during production operations. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when required. Working Patterns: 3-4-4-3 (Perm Sun Off for all shifts) Working Hours: 8-8:30 (1.5hrs break) Basic Salary = $2300 - $2600 /month Shift Allowances: (a) AM = $12 per shift (b) PM = $24 per shift Meal Allowances = S$8 per work day Transport Allowances = S$8 per work day
