Manufacturing Lead 【Data Centre | East | Up To $4500】

JOB SCOPE: • Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. • Monitor product quality during production and promptly escalate production or quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders. • Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports. • Perform and oversee assembly operations involving complex components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies across multiple production areas. • Support new product introduction (NPI) and new model implementation activities. • Train, coach, and guide associates on production processes, operational procedures, and best practices. • Support onboarding, training, and development of new employees and junior team leaders. • Monitor attendance and assist supervisors with workforce planning and manpower coordination. • Support probation reviews and training assessments for new hires. • Investigate and escalate production-related issues in a timely manner and recommend corrective actions. • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in manufacturing/production Minimum Secondary education (ITE or technical certification is an advantage) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes Familiar with production processes, ISO documentation, manpower planning, and line balancing Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable with manual handling tasks when required (up to approx. 26kg) Willing to work rotating shifts ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Working Patterns: 3-4-3 (Perm Sun Off for all shifts) Working Hours: 8-8:30 (1.5hrs break) Basic Salary = $3500 - $4300 /month Shift Allowances: (a) AM = $12 per shift (b) PM = $24 per shift Meal Allowances = S$8 per work day Transport Allowances = S$8 per work day
