Project Management Officer (Japanese Speaking, Bank)

Responsibilities Liaise with the Project Manager in the Japan HQ to address project-related matters and concerns. Support the Project Manager in preparing project documentation and facilitating meetings/workshops. To support and manage project lifecycle , from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology. Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design. Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and strong cross-functional teamwork to achieve project objectives. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience IT project manager or project management office . Experience in multinational projects or working in global teams Strong skills in preparing business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of banking products/processes such as FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, FAST, MEPS, and XB will be an advantage Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English to communicate with stakeholders at the Japan headquarters through emails, meetings, project discussions, and documentation reviews.
