Test Engineering Technician- 12Hours Rotating Shifts- East- Permanent

Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Test Engineering Technician to support manufacturing test operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for performing product testing, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting test process improvements, and ensuring products meet quality and customer requirements before shipment. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, system, and Rack Level Testing (RLT) on products according to work instructions and test procedures. Troubleshoot test failures and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support engineers in test process validation and continuous improvement initiatives. Set up, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on test equipment and fixtures. Record test results accurately and prepare technical reports when required. Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering validation activities. Identify product defects and escalate issues to the Engineering or Quality team. Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD practices, safety requirements, and company procedures. Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities for test equipment. Work closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve production targets.. Requirements Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, testing, or engineering support environment. Experience in electronics, server, computer hardware, EMS, or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred. Basic knowledge of hardware testing, troubleshooting, and test equipment. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
