Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and lead cleaning staff at assigned sites. Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor work performance. Ensure cleanliness standards and client requirements are met. Conduct routine site inspections and address issues promptly. Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages. Handle client feedback and report operational issues to management. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and be on standby for operational needs when required. Good problem-solving and time management skills.
