Job Description Design and plan construction projects Prepare drawings and technical reports Conduct site inspections and studies Supervise construction work at site Ensure safety and code compliance Manage project schedule and budget Solve technical and site issues Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering Relevant work experience (0–3+ years) Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software Understanding of construction methods General management skills Ability to handle general site and office work Willing to work at construction site Basic project management knowledge Experience handling projects from foundation works through final completion and handover. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and site management. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
