Site Coordinator/ Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices Responsible for daily on-site technical matters Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, maintenance, safety and quality control Regular site inspection & upkeep site record To lead and manage duties for our own workers Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s) Requirements: Experience in construction/precast projects Good communication skills and positive working attitude Minimum of 4 years working experience in the related field 6 days work week Proactive and with a positive mentality Having the following certificates is not compulsory but will be a bonus BCSS Managing Work at Heights Boomlift Operator Course Occupational First Aid Any other relevant certificate(s)
