Site Engineer

Job Description: Oversee installation and coordination of systems such as PA, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, CCTV, and Card Access. Manage the full project cycle independently with minimal supervision. Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project coordination and installation issues. Inspect site installations against shop drawings, CSD drawings, and Method Statements. Prepare and submit inspection forms for approval by RE/RTO. Track site activities, report obstructions to main contractors, and ensure timely inspections, testing, and commissioning sign-offs. Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety requirements. Update As-built drawings and hand over to engineers. Prepare weekly progress reports and submit to Project Engineers/Managers. Identify and document variation or abortive works with supporting photos/drawings for submission to main contractors. Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and attend site coordination meetings with external parties. Ensure company quality standards are achieved across all site activities. Assist in new assignments or projects as required. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering. 3–6 years of relevant experience in site supervision or engineering. Strong communication and reporting skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. A collaborative team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with initiative.
