Quality Checker (Short Term)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ___________________________________ To verify description & quantity of raw material / packing material to ensure they tally with that in documents. To perform visual inspection & measurement. Randomly select from each lot of raw materials for inspection. For visual defects & raw materials defective, perform incoming inspection using AQL = 0.65%, record result in the incoming inspection record. Fill up incoming inspection record. Update all the raw materials detail based on the standard requirement. Record the defects found & overall result of the inspection. To ensure the goods met the specification, affix' reject' label & to notify QA of Nonconforming product (NCR Report) for further action & feedback to supplier. Responsible to update daily delivery in the Ensil GSQA System. Any other adhoc activities assigned by department head.
