Manufacturing Technician

Job Overview We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support production operations in a cleanroom environment. The role involves product testing, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards are met before shipment. This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a structured manufacturing setting and are willing to work rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities Perform product testing and basic troubleshooting activities Support engineers in resolving production and technical issues Conduct quality inspections before shipment Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Provide accurate shift handover updates Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards Requirements NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline Prior experience in manufacturing or production environment is preferred Candidates without experience are welcome to apply Ability to interpret basic electrical or mechanical drawings Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required protective equipment (e.g., jumpsuit, helmet, safety shoes) Willing to work rotating shifts Able to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods during operations Working Arrangement & Benefits • Rotational shift (Mon–Fri): Day: 8:30am–5:30pm | Night: 8:30pm–5:30am • Shuttle bus provided at selected points: Woodlands, Jurong East, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Hougang & Sengkang • Salary: – $1,800 to $2,200 (based on experience) – Candidates without experience are welcome to apply • Shift allowance: – Day shift $5/day | Night shift $15/day • Sign-on bonus: – $1,000 after 6 months – $1,000 after 1 year Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with Education Level Working experiences Each employment background Reason for leaving each employment Last drawn salary Expected salary Date of availability
