Java Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services. Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17 and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Understanding of Git version control systems. Knowledge of software design patterns and development best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus.
