Asset Management Lead

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Management Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of IT and client assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process optimization, and has strong stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including delivery, tagging, withdrawal, deployment, collection, and disposal. Lead and mentor the asset management team, driving a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Service Delivery Manager, Desktop Engineers) and external customers to ensure smooth coordination of asset activities. Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide updates on asset status, requirements, risks, and progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records; generate and present asset management reports as required. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, logistics, or operations coordination. Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and strong time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in asset management tools or systems (e.g., ServiceNow) will be an advantage. Comfortable with walking moderate distances (10–15 minutes) within customer premises. Physically able to handle IT equipment (e.g., laptops, desktops, monitors) for store transfers when required.
