Trade Support Executive

[Job ID: 1643825] Responsibilities Coordinate with customers and internal teams on price confirmations, payment arrangements, and inventory management Maintain and reconcile trade data within trading systems to ensure accuracy and completeness Record transactions and validate reports, calculations, and trade-related data Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable checks for trade transactions Manage Chain of Custody activities, including mass balance tracking and sustainability documentation (SD, POS) Issue and verify sustainability declarations and proof of sustainability documents Maintain organised filing systems for trade documentation (hard and soft copies) Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls Ensure all communications and documentation adhere to compliance standards Assist in improving and coordinating business process structures Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements 1–2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry Knowledge of trading, risk management, accounting, or trade finance Familiarity with international commodity trade practices (e.g. INCOTERMS, trade finance) Understanding of sustainability and renewable energy obligations Experience in trade data entry, reconciliation, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_gary@goodjobcreations.com.sg Please kindly refer to the Privacy Policy of Good Job Creations for your reference: https://goodjobcreations.com.sg/en/privacy-policy/ We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
