Electrical Project Engineer / Manager

Job ID: 1644553 Engineer Job Scope: Assistant to prepare project start document submission. Prepare shop drawing and material catalogues submission schedule, and liaise with the consultant for approval of drawings and materials. Plan project progress schedule, arrange materials for the site process. Liaise with maincon, subcon, consultants, and suppliers. Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant & Architect. Prepare PO and DO. Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/Commercial projects. Experienced in Electrical design & build Manager Job Scope: Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule. Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works. Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect. Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents. Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project's financial performance. Monitor the project's progress within budget and timeline. Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims. Negotiable with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments. Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical engineering At least 2 - 4 years experienced in Project management in Electrical Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/Commercial projects We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
