HR Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)

[Job ID:1612528] Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment activities for local and regional hiring needs, including coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding processes Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and support effective hiring strategies Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company’s workforce pipeline Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, talent development programs, and organizational improvement projects Support manpower planning and organizational development activities Manage employment pass, work visa, and immigration-related processes for foreign employees Liaise with relevant government authorities and external vendors on immigration and visa matters Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and local HR operations to ensure effective communication and alignment Requirements: Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and/or employment pass and work visa administration Good understanding of Singapore employment pass and work visa processes Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment Humble, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Experience working in a Japanese company or regional office is an added advantage Exposure to HR strategy, organizational planning, or manpower planning is an added advantage Familiarity with Singapore labor regulations and HR practices is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_madoka@goodjobcreations.com.sg Please kindly refer to the Privacy Policy of Good Job Creations for your reference: https://goodjobcreations.com.sg/en/privacy-policy/ We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
