[Job Order ID:1112146] Responsibilities: Assess, treat and manage patients independently using appropriate physiotherapy interventions Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and clinical records Ensure accurate patient billing and update performance statistics regularly Comply with established clinical governance, service standards and protocols Supervise Therapist Assistants and support their day-to-day clinical activities Support induction and orientation of newly deployed physiotherapists Supervise and mentor students during clinical attachments Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams in patient care planning Participate in and co-lead departmental projects and service initiatives Manage therapy equipment inventory and ensure proper utilisation Review, update and implement clinical protocols and standard operating procedures Support development, promotion and implementation of new clinical services Contribute to in-service training, educational talks and professional workshops Maintain professional competency through continuous learning and skills development Requirements: Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is an added advantage 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience is an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Service-oriented and patient-focused approach Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Commitment to professional standards, ethics and continuous development We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
