About this role

[Job ID: 1507040] Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit procedures, and final payments. Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies on staffing needs. Maintain HR records, organisation charts, and HRIS updates. Administer work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters). Monitor attendance and leave records for accuracy and policy compliance. Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals. Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and resignation acknowledgements. Assist with employee benefits, insurance, and HR administrative support. Support employee relations matters, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Coordinate training programmes and manage the internal learning platform. Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and audit readiness. Organise employee engagement and welfare activities. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities. Support expatriate relocation where required. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Solid understanding of full-spectrum HR operations, policies, and procedures, including end-to-end recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. HR certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage. Prior experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime-related industry is an advantage. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Timesoft or SAP SuccessFactors) in fast-paced or regional environments is a plus.
