[Job ID: 1631879] Responsibilities Supervise and lead customer service and warehouse staff to fulfil customer orders efficiently Coordinate with customers via email and phone on documentation, administration, and issue resolution Monitor shipment clearance and ensure timely delivery operations Track and achieve KPIs for inbound and outbound warehouse activities Process customer billing and ensure invoices are issued promptly Extract, compile, and analyse data using Microsoft Office tools Enforce workplace safety practices and communicate safety updates to the team Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) Execute corrective actions to address operational performance issues Implement quality assurance measures to maintain product and service standards Perform ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience Proven hands-on experience as a Warehouse Supervisor , with strong leadership experience managing operational teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Demonstrated experience in inventory control, stock audits, and logistics coordination To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
