Responsibilities: Provide professional guidance to clients (primarily tenants) to identify suitable properties based on needs and budget. Research, plan, and coordinate property viewings, ensuring efficient scheduling and client satisfaction. Facilitate negotiations, offering accurate market insights, pricing, and regulatory information to achieve fair outcomes. Market and showcase properties through listings, advertisements, and viewings to attract prospective tenants or buyers. Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation including contracts, leases, and closing statements. Support clients during handover and hand-back processes of properties. Assist tenants throughout their lease period, including coordinating maintenance and repair services. Maintain and regularly update property listings and databases. Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Salesperson. Proven experience delivering customer service tailored to Japanese-speaking clients. Valid CEA salesperson licence. Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
