Euc Development Manager (Banking)

JOB ID:1646340 Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain End User Computing (EUC) applications and solutions using Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA, and related technologies. Develop and support database solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell scripts, and Windows Server technologies to enhance system performance and reliability. Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall methodology, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 engineers, providing technical guidance, project oversight, and performance support. Serve as the primary liaison with the Bank's IT Department and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and successful project delivery. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with 10+ years of experience in a banking IT environment or IT consulting firm. Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Access VBA, .NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, Stored Procedures, PowerShell, and Windows Server technologies. Solid understanding of database design, application development, and SDLC methodologies, with practical experience delivering enterprise solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly regulated banking environment.
