Import Operations Assistant (East / Up To $3.1K + AWS + Vb)

[Job ID: 1639220] 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday half-day) Responsibilities: Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery Liaise with supervisors, overseas offices, and partners on daily operational and administrative activities Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, break bulk documents, and shipment reports Maintain accurate and well-organized shipment records in both digital and physical systems Handle customs permits and declarations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance and arrange cargo surveys when required Generate and prepare monthly operational reports based on customer requirements Support additional operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general administration, sales administration, or import/export documentation Experience in airfreight import operations is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
