Trade Operations Executive (West/ Up To $5,000)

[Job ID: 1642835] Responsibilities Manage purchase and sales data entry and maintain accurate filing of sales documents Prepare, print, and distribute purchase and sales documentation (email/fax/print) Organise and prepare documents for billing processes Coordinate with trading staff, customers, and vendors to support daily operations Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export regulations, and legal standards Monitor shipment progress, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays or discrepancies Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation Maintain accurate trade records and prepare periodic management reports Analyse operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the trade department Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations Knowledge of international trade regulations, including Incoterms and Free Trade Agreements Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics coordination Certification in Import/Export Operations is an added advantage Willing to work 5.5days (Working Hours: 9:00 to 17:00 (Mon - Fri), 9:00 to 13:00 (Sat)) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
