Maintenance Technician

[Job ID: 1464732] Responsibilities Regular Inspections: Conducts scheduled inspections and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues like wear and tear before they escalate. Routine Servicing : Performs tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn components to keep equipment running smoothly. Repairing: Perform minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality. Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols. Basic Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication. Any other work : Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must possess at least a NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required for this position. Experience from carpark industry will be of advantage. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments. Basic in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). Holds a valid Class 2B or Class 3 Singapore license for travelling to multiple sites purpose. Willing to work on Weekends and Public holidays (if needed).
