[Job ID: 1641926] Working location: East Responsibilities: Develop and optimize RFSOI process technologies for 2DIC and 3DIC applications Collaborate with device engineering teams to co-optimize RF performance and layout for manufacturing scalability Lead yield improvement initiatives, reliability testing, and failure analysis for RFSOI products Partner with fabrication teams to transition new technologies from R&D to production Evaluate and implement emerging materials, process modules, and device structures to enhance RF performance Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related disciplines At least 3 years of experience in RF semiconductor technology development, preferably on SOI platforms Proven experience in developing and transferring RF technologies into high-volume manufacturing is an added advantage Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
