[Job Order ID: 1605160] Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide individualised nutrition support, counselling and education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care across care settings. Apply evidence-based practice through critical thinking and sound clinical reasoning. Address medical, social and lifestyle determinants influencing nutrition and health outcomes. Support preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management programmes. Design, implement and evaluate community health and lifestyle programmes with key stakeholders. Empower individuals and groups to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Completed a recognised clinical dietetic internship. Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required for the Senior Dietitian role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners. Demonstrated passion for community health promotion and preventive care. Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Basic healthy meal preparation skills.
