Senior Portfolio Cash Manager

JOB ID:1641619 Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients by building strong relationships and delivering cash management and working capital solutions to drive revenue growth. Achieve sales targets through New-to-Bank client acquisition and cross-selling of cash management, trade finance, FX, treasury, and working capital solutions. Understand clients' business needs and recommend tailored transaction banking solutions in collaboration with internal product specialists. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, customer due diligence (CDD), and the Bank's internal risk and governance policies. Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, responding promptly to client enquiries, and working closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Key Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME treasury, or financial services. Proven track record in client acquisition and managing relationships with SME clients. Strong understanding of business financing products Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
