Sales Assistant Manager [Air Conditioning]

[Job ID: 1643591] Responsibilities: Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for air conditioning products, including residential split systems, multi-split systems, PAC, VRF, and related solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, dealers, system integrators, and corporate customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the project pipeline. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product selections, and technical recommendations based on customer requirements. Engage customers to understand project specifications, site conditions, and budget requirements. Deliver product presentations, technical clarifications, and solution support to stakeholders. Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry, quotation, and negotiation to order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales support. Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, logistics, service, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, project developments, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including revenue and profitability objectives. Support product launches, marketing activities, dealer events, and training sessions as required. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, customer visit reports, and project updates for management review. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in a related industry; experience in HVAC solutions is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential) and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
