Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor / Automation)

[Job ID: 1614678] Working Location: North Responsibilities: Install and commission machinery, hardware, or software systems at client sites, including mechanical and electrical setup Perform preventive maintenance and carry out on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and parts replacement Provide customer training on system operations, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices Document service activities and complete reports accurately and promptly using CRM/ERP systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply Experience in semiconductor, automation, or equipment servicing is an added advantage Troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems Basic knowledge of PLC, robotics, or automation systems is an added advantage Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations and overseas Good communication and interpersonal skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
