[Job Order ID: 1485506] Responsibilities: Origination, structuring, and execution of fund financings for APAC-based financial sponsors Support ongoing credit requests / surveillance Develop, support, and implement product innovation and enhancement Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives Lead front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance) Perform due diligence and financial analysis of fund sponsor and institutional investor Prepare, review, and negotiate term sheet with investment manager / fund sponsor Prepare and present credit application to obtain approval for new financing, refinancing, and ad-hoc customer requests (i.e. facility extension, accordion, change of condition) Documentation with legal counsel and closing facilitation with internal stakeholders Support portfolio management team on periodical credit review of existing customers Conduct market research and analysis for internal reporting purposes Requirements: Min 2+ years of banking experience in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance Solid experience in deal execution, including credit approval, documentation, and closing processes Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
