Sales Coordinator (Shipping/ Maritime)

[Job ID: 1597168] Responsibilities: Manage the full sales process including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing Follow up on sales enquiries and quotations to achieve assigned sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices etc Coordinate with freight forwarders on shipping arrangements and ensure compliance with Incoterms Prepare sales reports, support exhibition participation, and carry out related sales activities Requirements: Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, customer service, or related functions Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience working in a Japanese company environment is an advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
