Loan Business Relationship Manager (Sme)

[Job ID: 1626905] About the Role: We are looking for a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to originate and grow our SME unsecured loan portfolio. In this hunter role, you will prospect, structure, and close financing deals while building lasting relationships with business owners. Responsibilities: Proactively source new SME clients through self-prospecting, referrals, and partnerships Assess clients' financing needs and structure suitable unsecured loan solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement and post-sales servicing Conduct preliminary credit assessments using financial statements and ACRA reports Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams for seamless execution Drive repeat business and referrals through strong post-disbursement relationship management Monitor portfolio performance and support account renewals Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in SME unsecured lending or business loan sales in Singapore Proven track record in originating and closing business loans Strong understanding of SME cash flow and credit assessment Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment Established network of SME clients, brokers, or referral partners is highly preferred Experience in fintech or alternative lending is an advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
