Warehouse Executive (West/East)

[Job ID: 1643212] 6-day work week (Saturday half day - AM shifts only) Responsibilities Update and maintain accurate data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on a daily basis Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers to meet scheduling requirements Perform weekly cycle counts and support monthly and annual inventory audits Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents, including equipment servicing records Execute daily picking, packing, and transport coordination activities Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Ability to operate VNA, stacker, or forklift is an added advantage Willing to work rotating shifts (AM/PM shift) To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
