Ensure proper use and troubleshooting of electronic medical record systems. Monitor compliance with operational and regulatory standards. Address and resolve patient, staff, and stakeholder concerns effectively. Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner. Prepare reports, analyse operational data, and provide regular updates to management. Maintain and update operational policies and documentation. Coordinate staff scheduling, monitor attendance, and support performance management. Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and service goals. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees. Ensure adequate inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
