Sales Manager [Steel Merchandising]

[Job ID: 1610996] Responsibilities: Manage sales of flat steel products while expanding business presence in overseas markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with mills, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive new business opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and timely fulfilment of needs. Execute business strategies set by management to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning. Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions and track performance. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to maximise profitability. Requirements: Proven experience in steel merchandising and trading. Strong knowledge of steel products including Hot Rolled Coil (HRC), Cold Rolled Coil (CRC), and Galvanised Iron (GI). Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational environment. Established network of industry contacts with a track record of driving revenue growth. Strong business acumen with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
