Assistant Relationship Manager (Japanese Market)

JOB ID:1396101 Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support to Relationship Managers (RMs) handling Private Banking clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Respond promptly to client enquiries, process instructions accurately, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client requests. Monitor client account activities, maintain accurate client records, and prepare reports related to account information and credit facilities. Support RMs in delivering wealth management and financial advisory services by preparing documentation, presentations, and client meeting materials. Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams while ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or operations within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, and client servicing processes; CACS certification is preferred . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
