[Job ID: 1648350] Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement value chain solutions to support business growth Gather and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends and competitors’ offerings Collect feedback on products and services from distributors and dealers Identify service gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve offerings and increase market share Present insights, strategies, and progress updates to key stakeholders Support translation of strategies into detailed project plans and requirements Execute key projects with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with defined objectives Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies Support regional strategies across short- and mid-term initiatives Perform departmental forecasting for volume and profit, and coordinate related meetings Conduct profit analysis by model and country for regional rebate schemes Coordinate and plan meetings with key stakeholders Requirements: No experience is required; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply Strong business acumen with the ability to conceptualize strategies Demonstrated innovative, creative, and strategic thinking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong initiative with effective time management skills Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of stakeholders Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment Open to travel for business needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in business-related fields (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing) is an added advantage Experience in pricing, profit management, product management, project planning, or market research is an added advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
