HVAC Service Technician

[Job ID: 1642474] Key Responsibilities Install, test, and commission HVAC systems such as chillers, VRF systems, and air handling units (AHUs) in accordance with project specifications. Perform preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating moving parts to ensure reliable system performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, replacing components as required. Prepare maintenance reports, maintain accurate service records, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians when necessary. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, environmental regulations, building codes, and maintain effective communication with clients regarding service issues and solutions. Requirements Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or relevant vocational certification. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and troubleshooting commercial or industrial air conditioning systems. Good knowledge of VRF and chiller systems, with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
