[Job ID: 1646731] Responsibilities Manage daily operations of an assigned F&B outlet to ensure smooth workflow Monitor sales performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Support recruitment, training, development, and shift scheduling of outlet staff Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner Prepare and submit operational reports to head office Support multi-outlet operations and assist with new store openings as the business expands Requirements Experience in the F&B industry Willingness to work rotating shifts , including weekends & PH Experience as an Outlet Supervisor/Manager, or similar role Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 3 certification is an added advantage (required to obtain after joining if not certified) Experience in staff management is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
