Accounts Payable Executive (West / Up To $4K + AWS + Vb)

[Job ID: 1650496] Responsibilities Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely entry into the accounting system Verify invoices against supporting documents and secure proper approvals Prepare and execute supplier payments via GIRO, telegraphic transfer, bank transfer, and cheque Perform supplier statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals Assist with GST submissions, audit schedules, and financial reporting Maintain organised filing systems and proper accounting documentation Provide support for finance administrative duties and ad hoc assignments Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience in trading, import, or export industry is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
