Senior Investment Analyst (Associate Director)

JOB ID:1602306 Key Responsibilities Support the origination and execution of M&A, debt capital markets (DCM), equity capital markets (ECM), and other strategic advisory transactions. Build financial models, perform company valuations, and prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and client presentations. Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company research, including financial analysis and due diligence to support transactions. Coordinate transaction execution by managing data rooms, documentation, and liaising with clients and internal stakeholders. Support senior bankers with deal execution, administrative matters, and other ad hoc projects as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, M&A. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modelling, valuation techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
