Sales Support Executive (East / Up To $3.5K + Vb)

[Job ID: 1642530] Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports Manage full RMA cycle, including returns processing and documentation Process sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices with accuracy Issue proforma invoices to support payment processing Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery schedules Monitor and update inventory movements and pricing records in the system Process purchase orders and liaise with factories to ensure accuracy Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned Requirements Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, operations, or order processing Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Experience handling Letters of Credit is an added advantage Comfortable working in environments with ongoing system implementation and process improvements To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
