Ship Finance Executive

JOB ID: 782770 Key Responsibilities Assist senior team members in the end-to-end process for project and corporate financing of vessels, including preparation of financing proposals, due diligence information, and loan drawdown documentation. Prepare presentations and papers to support internal decision-making, senior management, and Board approvals. Assist in the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risks. Support affiliate companies in covenant tracking and monitoring of secured credit facilities, while staying current on ship financing activities and shipping industry trends. Provide ad-hoc support for treasury-related activities, including M&A due diligence, evaluation of investment opportunities, and other assigned duties. Key Requirements 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ship finance, asset-backed financing, corporate banking, loan portfolio management, loan agency, loan documentation, audit and assurance, corporate finance, tax advisory, treasury, M&A, or related functions. Experience within shipping, aviation, real estate, logistics, energy commodities, or Japanese companies will be advantageous.
