Associate Director, Investment Banking

[Job ID: 1602306] Key Responsibilities: Support origination and execution of M&A , DCM, and ECM transactions Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks Build complex financial models for valuation and analysis Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research Participate in transaction due diligence and data room management Liaise with clients and support senior bankers on client mandates Prepare client presentations and handle deal execution administrative tasks Supervise and manage interns as needed Requirements: 3+ years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts Financial modeling and valuation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint M&A transaction experience is an advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
