Senior Engineer [Electrical | Power Plant]

[Order Number: 1613323-R] Responsibilities Support business development activities by building strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners while identifying new project and after-sales opportunities within the power generation industry. Lead the preparation of technical tenders and proposals, including technical evaluations, bid documentation, risk assessments, and proposal presentations for power generation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarters to develop competitive technical solutions, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and project requirements. Participate in technical discussions, bid clarifications, negotiations, and customer presentations throughout the tendering and project award stages. Provide engineering and project execution support by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and successful contract execution. Deliver post-project technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to continuous business growth through effective after-sales service and technical consultation. Requirements At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer within the power generation industry. Strong knowledge of CCGT, EPC projects, steam power equipment, and related electrical systems. Hands-on experience in pre-sales, technical tendering, and proposal preparation.
