Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsibilities Always the first contact at Hotel's front entrance to greet and direct guests. Assist arriving and departing guests & handle their luggage. Orientate guest on room and Hotel's facilities. Keep abreast of latest happenings in the tourism scene and events in the Hotel to assist guests in their enquiries. Requirements Able to carry heavy loads such as luggages for guests.
