Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Responsibilities Provide total guest support. Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel. Managing guest enquiries and providing information of hotel to guests, whenever applicable. Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 1 year customer service experience. Attentive to details.
